Currently, Rick serves as Chief Operating Officer & President at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Executive Vice Chairman at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited. He provides overall leadership for the sales, marketing, bottling, and distribution of 600 beverage products with $2B of total revenue. Previously, he held numerous supply chain leadership positions at Gatorade, the Pillsbury company, and across the Coca-Cola Company.
Rick holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign.

Earlier in her career, Ann was a management consultant at IBM Global Business Services and North Highland Consulting with a focus in marketing and operations.
Ann earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University.

Dace is a specialist in global supply chain management and logistics, having accrued more than two decades of experience with various Fortune 500 companies. He’s also proficient in leading solutions-based discussions between stakeholders and the supplier base with the goal of driving value.
Prior to 1731, he worked at Target Corporation, Porsche Cars North America, The Coca-Cola Company, and Johnson & Johnson, with a focus in procurement, sourcing, and negotiations. He’s also supported community initiatives with the Porsche Care Network and Caring For Others in Atlanta as well as the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery.

Before 1731, Sean specialized in operational tech implementation in sales operations at Cox Automotive. She also worked with tech unicorn Copado and was a revenue operations consultant for the San Francisco tech startup Go Nimbly.
